Our prices are fair and comparable to other professional independent timing contractors. For smaller events we can adjust pricing and work with you to make sure your event works for you economically.

** Site hosts should provide;
- Ability to run cable if needed above track, and/or into the boothe. This is often done using power poles or tall tripods.
- Two tables at finish line area

- WiFi connection to the announcers booth if continual updates for announcements are desired
- Trained field event workers (we can provide additional workers if needed - see below)
- Qualified Starter, and Lighting if event is going to be in the evening hours
- clerk station with two workers (this can be added on to our services)

Power Source Provided by Coach Timing $100
- Inverter/ Battery Supported power system capable of being set up anywhere that power is needed but not accessible can be provided by Coach Timing.
Hip Numbers $60
- Numbers for athles to wear on their hip during track events
Manual Entries $100 if over 25
- Entries that have to be manually entered by the Coach Timing Staff because entry deadlines were missed on Athletic.net or no online entry system was used
Clerk Station $125
- A staffed station for athletes to check-in prior to their races and receive lane assignments and hip numbers
Starter / Officials - Contact for Prices $100 to $150 dependent on specific needs
- USATF Certified Officials for Track & Field Events (Starter, Finish Line, Field Events, etc.)
Extra Personnel $75 each
- Results Poster, Announcer, Field Events, etc.

Cross Country General Meet Timing
$125 Per Race HS&MS for 1-10 Teams
$150 Per Race HS&MS 11 or more Teams

- Automatic timing of races using Button Timers, Tear Tags and Scan system into Meet Management software
- Back up timer
- Tear tags with Bar Code scan into system for quick Printed Results given onsite
- Results generally available within ten minutes of a races completion
- Multi-Age Group Scoring Available

- Parents often make great volunteers for the chute but at least 3 of the workers should be sport knowledgable and experienced.
- They should also have a games committee to make decisions on any issue that arises.
League, Regional or State Championship Cross Country Timing
$150 Per Race HS&MS 1-10 Team
$175 Per Race HS&MS 11 or more teams

Your staff can be trained to run their own meets and guided as to what equipment is needed to manage efficient track and CC events, that not only run smoothly but can create added income for their programs as well. Sessions are individualized to the needs of the school. When setting up a training session please be prepared to let us know:
- What equipment you own ( what version) ?
- Do you own Hy-Tek meet management Software?
- How many staff members do you want trained?
- Is Training needed for CC , Track or both?
- Do you want reccomendations on what equipment you need to add to be more efficient?
- Do you use PC or Mac products?
- Is your track 6 or 8 lanes?
